Agreement Between You and bijje

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bijje ("bijje", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the bijje website at bijje.org, including all games, betting markets, account features, bonuses, payment services, and any other functionality made available on the platform (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any part of the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not register, access, or use the Service.

By accessing the Service, clicking "I Agree", registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and any additional policies incorporated by reference, including bijje's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 1. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use the bijje Service, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bijje strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Registering with a false date of birth is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are registering and acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account, is not permitted.
• You have not previously had a bijje account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms or any related policies.
• You are using funds that belong to you and are not derived from criminal activity or money laundering.

bijje reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure and may delay or prevent the processing of pending withdrawals.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each eligible person may register only one bijje account. The following rules apply to your account at all times:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bijje will never ask for your password by email, telephone, or live chat.
• You must notify bijje immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update your details promptly if they change.
• bijje reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

bijje operates as a browser-based platform accessible at bijje.org. Your account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

bijje supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Deposits are credited to your bijje wallet upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. bijje is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network conditions.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same wallet or payment method used for the most recent deposit, as a standard anti-money-laundering measure. You may not withdraw to a different method without prior approval from the bijje support team.
• bijje does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via supported Bangladesh payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bijje's control.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bijje may request proof of ownership of the payment method as part of its KYC and anti-fraud procedures.

bijje reserves the right to withhold processing of a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bijje will notify the account holder and, where lawfully required, may report the matter to relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bijje periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account upon meeting the stated qualification criteria. Bonuses that have not been claimed within the specified expiry window are forfeited automatically.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bijje platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below may result in immediate and permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law-enforcement or financial-intelligence authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted tools, or any other non-human means to access, navigate, or interact with the Service.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information to gain an unfair advantage, or otherwise manipulate the outcome of any game or bet.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, using the platform to launder money, or exploiting the payment system to process transactions on behalf of third parties.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing bijje's one-account-per-player rule.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise extract data from any part of the bijje platform, including game code, odds algorithms, or payment processing flows.

bijje actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with the prohibited conduct described above. Where a violation is detected or reasonably suspected, bijje may take immediate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities, without prior notice to the account holder.

6. Responsible Gaming Commitment

bijje is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling practices. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bijje and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible loss, even if bijje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. bijje does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Service at your own risk.

9. Amendments to These Terms

bijje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bijje will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the bijje.org website or by sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
